I try to figure why I’m feeling that way. Did I eat some food that left me feeling gross, too full or bloated? If I can figure out the reason, then I learn and that makes me feel better (knowing that in the future I will make a smarter decision).
If I just wake up feeling that way, well, I try to ignore it and focus on the parts of my body I’m not feeling bad about, like my eyes or something. If possible, I try to reinforce my self-love on these days and look at myself in the mirror and tell myself I’m beautiful and try to ignore any negative thoughts coming through. If I can’t ignore them, I focus on something else that will keep my mind distracted. I’ll paint my nails or do my hair because it distracts me but also because those can help me to feel better about myself.
Ultimately, I just try and work through it and not let it define my day. If feeling bad about my body is the biggest worry I have that day, then I should feel privileged. The best thing you can do is to not let it get you down and to not focus on it. Agreeing and perpetuating those negative thoughts aren’t going to do any good. Focus on all the things you love about yourself (physically and not) and do things that make you feel good instead of self-loathing.
Hope that helps!

When I read your answer I couldn’t help but think: if I had a bad body day, I’d tell myself “Suck it up bitch, stop being a whiny little girl and get on with your day”, hee I’ll have to try that next time =p
Please don’t take this the wrong way!
